甲酸钾在融雪剂行业的应用

甲酸钾是一种性能优秀的融雪剂。
醋酸盐也可以用作除冰剂,但因醋酸盐融雪后,空气中醋酸气味太浓,并且对地面或建筑会造成一定程度的腐蚀,而甲酸钾不仅具有良好的融雪性能同时又克服了醋酸盐的所有弊端。
液体甲酸钾除冰、融雪剂主要适用于机场跑道、滑行道、停机坪的除冰融雪,以最大限度保持路面摩擦系数,确保飞机安全起飞降落和滑行,因此在保障飞行安全上起到极大的作用。
液体甲酸钾除冰、融雪剂为非氮盐类低氯产品,既无危险成分,也不造成任何污染,对人体和水生动物均无毒害,在水体中可完全被生物降解,并且不会造成生物耗氧,因此该除冰剂非常环保。所以本产品也可以用于配置飞机专用除冰液。
该除冰、融雪剂的作用机理是松动和消除路面与冰雪之间的粘合,使冰冻或积雪更便于扫雪车或清雪除冰作业机械清除。
该除冰、融雪剂使用方便,在对机场跑道进行除冰、融雪处理时,借助机场的一般喷洒设备即可。

Potassium formate is an excellent snow melting agent.
Acetate can also be used as a deicer, but it brings a strong smell of acetic acid in the air, and it will cause a certain degree of corrosion to the ground or the buildings. Potassium formate does not only has good snow melting performance but also overcomes all the drawbacks of acetate.
Liquid potassium formate deicing and snow melting agent are mainly used on airport runways, taxiways and aprons to maximize the friction coefficient of the runways and ensure the safety in taking-off, landing or taxiing.
Potassium formate deicing and snow melting agent are non-nitrogen salts with low chlorine. They have neither dangerous components nor any pollution factors. They are not harmful to humans and aquatic animals, and can be completely biodegraded in water. It causes no biological oxygen consumption, so this deicer is a very environmentally friendly. Therefore, potassium formate can also be used to formulate the deicing fluid for aircrafts.
The working principles of the deicing and snow melting agent is to loose and eliminate the adhesion between the road surface and the ice or snow, so that the freezing or snow is can be removed more easily by the snow or ice sweepers.
In the airport runway de-icing or snow melting, this agent can be used easily by the general spraying equipment of the airport.
